Fetch’s FAQs

Where will my dog sleep when boarding?

Every guest enjoys a comfortable, climate-controlled accommodation complete with bedding, fresh water, soothing music, and plenty of hugs.

Does someone stay with the dogs overnight?

Guests at Fetch enjoy overnight supervision since we live right on site.

How old does my puppy need to be to stay at Fetch Pet Hotel?

Puppies as young as 16 weeks are welcome to lodge with us.

Do you provide food and bedding?

All accommodations include a raised cot and clean, soft blankets, so there’s no need to bring your own but if your dog has a favorite please feel free to bring. We recommend bringing your pet’s usual food, bagged and labeled per serving, to keep them on the diet they’re used to.

Can I bring toys or personal items for my dog?

You’re welcome to bring one or two of your dog’s toys for their lodging stay, but please note that while we do our best, we can’t guarantee all toys will be returned in the same condition they were sent. Many pet parents like bringing a shirt, pillowcase, or towel from home so their dog has the familiar scent of you while you’re away.

Can both of my dogs stay in the same room?

Absolutely! Our accommodations are large enough for doggie siblings to stay together comfortably.

Do you take photos of the dogs playing while they board there?

Yes! We frequently take pictures of all the fun our guests are having and share them to our Facebook and with parents.

Can you administer my dog’s medication?

We can administer any topical, oral, or ointment medication according to your directions for a small fee. We ask you please send any medications in their original container with written instructions.

What vaccinations does my dog need?

For the safety of all our guests, we require proof of vaccination for rabies, distemper, and Bordetella. We also highly recommend the canine influenza vaccination.
